Did Donald Trump really think that Paris is in Germany, it seems so from his recent tweet?

because we Know where they are on a Map but Americans insist on Paris France Berlin Germany Rome Italy

Trump said quite clearly in his tweet that the problem in Paris is because Germany is welcoming all the migrants into Europe. (Then they get to France and the rest of Europe where they cause problems).

He was linking problems not saying Paris is in Germany .

I don't like Trump but the stupid people are the ones suggesting he believes Paris is in Germany. He is clearly referring to two separate incidents one in Paris the other in Germany.
