Farmer: How much does it cost to change a 10-24 tractor tire?

I want to change a 10-24 tractor tire on a farmall BN(?). The tire is 10-24. How much does it cost for an average call out service to a house to change this tire? I don't need exact numbers just an average ball park. The tire itself is $280 plus $35 for the tube, but the install price is the only question.

Update:

Yes, $280 for the tire. It is a 6 ply farm tire made by Carlisle. It is replacing the tires that are 40 years old. They don't do road construction, or anything dangerous. Just field work. As long as you don't hit a sharp stone they work fine Again thank you for the costs. A neighbor will do the job, but I wanted to pay a sufficient price for the work. Neighbors have to help each other out in the country.

Farmer huh? Not quite, but I am a heavy equipment mechanic and I don't do tires, Generally the company that comes out to do our tires charges about $150 for the service call and labor, $280 for a 10-24? Man that's a cheap @$$ tire, But then again I work for a county government and we don't use crap parts and tires on our equipment for obvious reasons,
