Can Arsenal really blame tiredness for being outplayed today?

Does it really take that much effort to sit in your own half and watch your team concede goal after goal?

We played on Monday and Thursday and still showed up.

Klopp of the Kop argued TIREDness is a state of mind - rather than physical exhaustion - and I'm sure he's right.

PRO footballers nowadays get paid a King's ransom for their Club services - are COSSETED with all manner of physiological and even psychological support regimes - so it's INSULTING to cash-strapped FANS to suggest players are EVER tired - lacking confidence - or find the ball is on their weaker foot, etc etc.

FACT was - Spurs were quicker, fitter, and UP for it - while the Gunners were LACKING in effort and application.

(Tiredness being a LIMP - LAME - excuse for disappointing the Home crowd - in a DERBY match.)

Arsenal or any other PL team can't moan about tiredness.

As an armature, I played football for 2 teams over the weekend. We paid subs, played in all types of weather and had a bucket of cold water and a sponge for the physio. So lets get real hear, no one ever tires of playing football,

especially when you are paid the money for doing something you enjoy !

    No.... who did?

We played like sh*t and deserved nothing to be fair... but the mark of champions is coming out with a result despite such a pathetic performance (And no City a 0-0 Villa draw is not applicable)

We'll be back to playing top stuff against West Brom next week, a huge reason for today's sh*tfest was missing Walcott, Ramsey and Ox who take us to another level.... but Ozil's class and Coq's fighting spirit got us through today for a tough point.

Well played btw, Spurs really surprised me by coming out without any fear away.

If you can't deal with playing 3 games in 7 days, then you shouldn't play for CL or EL spots.

Arsenal were tired from watching themselves on the big screen at the Allianz wishing they could play like Bayern.

Absolutely no excuse. Players today are super fit and have the benefit of many staff at their disposal, including dietitians.

It's impressive how you guys manage to make your European nobodies derby seem as it's of the slightest importance.

No because they had more time to recover than Chelsea but were still destroyed, at home as well.

Pointless going on about how you "dominated" them, you didn't win so all that shows is you couldn't capitalize on the domination.
