my brother has eaten steamed salmon with spring onion and ginger but when he eats salmon in a can no reaction?

what makes you think its the salmon he is allergic to? could be the ginger....

its entirely possible as I am the same - are you sure its not the spring onion as some greens can be quite allergenic - I cant do cucumber, green pepper and similar items but i`m ok with other peppers and greens
