Am I being used when its convenient for others?

So lately i feel like my own family has been taking advantage of me I'll give some examples so a lot of the time I take care of my nieces which I don't mind doing but lately I've been taking care of the 2-3 times a week and Then sometimes they don't even ask and leave them and I feel both the mom and dad don't respect me and humiliate me and make me feel bad at times. And the girls can be a pain at times.. Am I wrong that I keep letting them do this or is it time to play by what they do?

    Everyone has the right to be treated respectfully. They aren't treating you well, but you say they 'just leave them' but you say nothing, so they may assume you don't mind... or they assume you may mind, but they don't care. If you don't want to look after them, say 'sorry, no, I'm busy' and go out... otherwise this will just carry on.

    tell them they need to ask you to babysit instead of just expecting you to do it
