wireless printers?;?

what does wireless printer mean I;m in the market for a new printer

and now the ones I have seen say wireless

what does that mean exactly?

does it mean I have wi-fi ? or Bluetooth? or what?

    It means you do not have to have your computer hard wired to the printer to print. The printer has a network you can connect to and you can send documents to be printed via the printers network instead of having to have a cord that goes into the computer and printer. And no, this isn't an actual network you can use to surf the web. It is only to send documents to be printed.

    My printer links wirelessly through my router. If you buy a wireless printer the software that comes with it sets up the connection to your router. If it is Bluetooth you will need a Bluetooth usb adaptor to connect this way.

    Yea so basically your just turning on Bluetooth from your computer.
