What place can I buy open cell polyurethane foam blocks to carve furry mascot heads?
I've been looking pretty much everywhere and I'm trying to make a wolf furry costume, but nothing has turned up. JoAnn's doesn't sell it, Michael's doesn't sell it, I just want to know before I explode in frustration!

I don't know if this would work for you, but have you thought of gluing several layers together to make a block?
If you were to glue it well, which you should be if you are making a fursuit, it should work. It just might not be as convenient as a block. -I dont know where they sell large chunks though.
