How should I physically and mentally prepare to become a professional wrestler?

Im turning 19 next month and Im finishing off my last 6 months of high school (I know Im late) after the summer.

So around March or April I should be done and by that time I want to sign up for wrestling school its been my dream since I was 12 to become a pro wrestler and its all I ever think about in life (seriously). I started weightlifting when I was 16 and I feel in great shape now cardiovascular wise and strength wise and I've bulked up too.

I am looking for things (mostly daily/weekly habits) that I could do to prepare me and better my chances of making it at the wrestling school. I also want to work on my mental toughness alot if you guys have any suggestions I thank you in advance

Did you try and become a wrestler in the end? How is it going? Thinking of doing it myslef and looking for other peoples experience.

  • You should have been playing sports all your life like most Pofeessional Wrestlers have.

You need to learn how to act, and pretend to get an injury.
