This college wants to go for a tour?
So this number kept calling me and calling me.. Until I finally answered and the guy convinced me to go in for a tour. And I am already going to school I don't want to sign up to this college.. What should I do I already have an appointment and everything.. Should I just go and say I don't like it.. My plan was just not to sign anything or bring anything

A school did this to me until I finally said "Sorry, but I've already made up my mind about attending another school." They then asked me what felt like a million questions about why I didn't choose their school. I answered politely at first but as the continued to pester me with questions I finally told them the other school didn't bombard me with calls and ask me millions of seemingly pointless questions. They apologized and I was taken off the call list.
If I were you I would call the guy/school back and tell them you have chosen another school and feel as though going in for a tour would simply be a waste of your time and their resources. They will understand and I promise you aren't the first potential student they've wanted who decided to go somewhere else. It'll make your life, and the guy who calls you, lives much easier.

Yeah I am thinking that if you already know that you won't be going there then I feel like they would appreciate a call saying something along the lines of "I don't want to waste your time and my time since I am already going to school" and there is a nicer way to say that too lol

Don't go. If you have the phone number, call them back and tell them you are not interested and to take you off of their calling list. Don't waste your time or their's.
