Why is this guy always mean to me and then suddenly nice?
I've had this job for a few months and there's this guy I work with who gives me crap every time we have the same shift. He's always saying "watch out" when there's nothing there, and he says "hi *my name" like twenty times. He also pretends to tell me off.
But then the other day he said "I'd look beautiful regardless", talking about my new haircut and how I hate it. I bet he was just joking though haha
Is he bipolar or something?

No. No. No. No. He is not Bipolar. Just No. I am so tired of explaining to people who misuse the word Bipolar because they can't be bothered to read the wikipedia page on it, or hell, even the webMD page.... it's like just a few paragraphs, and then you would have a very minimal amount of knowledge about Bipolar but it would still be enough so that you would know that this is NOT BIPOLAR!

ok well there might be multiple answers, but from my experience, he likes you.
This guy bullied me for two years (and i mean bullied) and then started being nice. We became friends kinda and we fight a bit and bully each other in a friendly kinda way and he has asked me out more than 4 times (i dont like him in that way).
