Why don't I want to fight?

So I am a teen boy, and pretty strong. If I get into a fight, I just don't punch. I got no problem playing around and fighting but I just don't think like that when I fight. I get super angry and want to kill them lol. How do I make my self fight, I need this for simple self defense

Just don't fight then. Turn the other cheek and who cares about the punks that say anything different. It takes more of a man to walk away than to take an azz whoopin or give one. When the boys are fighting that's the time to get the girls

Not everyone is a fighter bro. You are a hell of a lot more likely to acquire the instinct to pull the trigger if you take up boxing or kickboxing. You become used to the flow of full contact hits and it becomes second nature to hit back. Hell if nothing else it will greatly tighten your defense to block or get out of the way of the attacks. A lot of point fighters and I'm too deadly for the ring people will try to say sport fighting doesn't help. That is absolute crap for many obvious reasons and no one who is a sport fighter is going to stick to fighting clean. Realistic training is a highly valuable asset for self defense. You will also learn to control yourself much better and can stop the attacks without having to kill them.
