Can't connect to google or any site connected to google HELP!!!?

Update:

It loads for so long and then ends up with a Connection timed out and a ERR_TIMED_OUT right below it

and yes, I can go to other sites

Update 3:

I use Chrome, but when I tried using Firefox the same problem appears. I've also tried switching my router on and off repeatedly.....that doesn't work too.

    Check your internet connection. Make sure that your router has the Internet light working and make sure that the DSL light is not blinking. Sometimes that happens to me. What type of Internet service do you have? Is it only Google websites?

    Do check if you are able to open http://173.194.36.110/ . If so open c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts with notepad (require admin access) and comment any line which is not already commented out .
