Should I stop losing weight?
For the past couple of months I've been on a 1200 - 1400 diet. I started at 62 kilograms, and now I'm around 54kg. My height is 5"5. I know I wasn't overweight to start with, but I just wanted to get down to 55. Now I'm past that and I have to keep convincing myself to stop, but then I think maybe a little bit more. I'm kinda worried it will turn into an eating disorder. I have lost this weight healthily btw, eating fruits, and keeping my meals regular. I don't want to get any smaller otherwise my clothes will look too big, which most of them are now. Also my hip bones and ribs are showing, yet I'm not underweight. I think that's because I have a lot of muscle mass.
I run every second day and do weights as well, so if I stop dieting, my intake for the day is 2400 calories!
I'm a bit worried that I will put on if I start eating this much, but maybe I should try it?
I guess I just need someone to tell me to stop, and hopefully I'll be able to :/
Or maybe I should keep going? agh
Yeah, but If I keep going I may fall into the underweight category, which I don't want. I want to be considered healthy!

Great job! That's awesome that you've lost so much weight, and you are right, it's a great job to set a goal and go for it! That happens to many people who are trying to lose weight actually. It gets harder to lose weight because you have less to lose. You probably have less calories to burn and you may be at your natural weight. I don't really have a scientific answer for you, but I can say that you should keep with your method of weight loss. Don't weigh yourself every day. In a couple of weeks or so, you may notice a change. If you weigh yourself every day, you might think you are doing something wrong, but truthfully, you can not lose weight that quickly. Keep eating healthy and exercising! Good luck!

I don't see a problem with what you are doing now? Do you have enough energy throughout the day? Are you happy and confident with your current circumstances? If so, just keep doing what you're doing! It's a wonderful thing that you are staying away from bad processed foods and eating correctly. I think you're just worried because everyone else around you is a fat pig like most of America. Don't let that fact deter your train of thought and confuse you. But if you don't like what you're doing just for personal reasons and there other, then I would just up your calories to like 1700 and make sure you're still eating healthy. Know what you want and DO IT. Good luck
