Seat motor on Ford Explorer doesn't go far enough?
I just bought a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport. The only issue is the seat doesn't go up far enough for me to reach the peddles comfortably. I don't think it's broken.. The seat goes forward and backwards just fine, but not far enough forward.. I've been having to sit with my purse to my back in between me and the seat.. Is there something I can buy for this? Besides new seats..

In other words, you went to test drive this thirteen year old renown to be crappy vehicle Ford Explorer but you could not drive it so you purchased it without being able to drive it? The word "peddles" is not in the automotive dictionary. The word is "pedal." In English grammar there are not multi dots approved as punctuation marks. Apparently you are 4 ft. 12 in, in height? This whole thing does not make much sense to me. As to items to place in the seat or back of car seats, these have existed for over 100 years. Hint. Asking here is not the place to buy cushions.
