What time should I arrive at Logan Airport in Boston for a 9:40 flight on a Tuesday morning?

Preferably as late as possible... I need to find transportation from Portland, Maine that morning!

Domestic 8:10. International 7:40.
Portland to Boston takes 2 hours in good weather with no traffic. In winter on a weekday, it will take longer.
If you can afford it, consider staying at an airport hotel the night before.
