If you buy a brand new computer that has Windows 8 on it can you have Windows 8 removed and Windows 7 put on?

    Probably! There is a possibility that you wont find Win 7 drivers for some of your hardware and unless you have done a total backup of your Win 8 system before you begin and Win 7 does not install properly, you can't go back to Win 8.

    I advise you to learn how to use Win 8 or install Classic Shell which will make you think you have Win 7.
