Windows 8 Laptop Wakes up when lid shut?

I have a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro running Windows 8.

For some reason every time I shut the lid after shutting the computer down it turns the computer back on in sleep or hibernate mode.

I already changed the settings in the control panel so that when the lid is shut on either battery or power mode to "Do Nothing".

    Go back to the control panel and set power management to shut off display or sleep when lid is closed right now on do nothing its going to stay on
