Aspirin (two 325-mg tablets, every four hours)
Bed rest and adequate comfortable sleep
Mild massage
Think back to figure out what may have caused your back pain. Were you shoveling snow, moving heavy objects, or sleeping crooked or tangled in the bedclothes? Have you been suffering from a cold or other respiratory problem?
If your pain doesn't start getting better in a day or two, make an appointment with your doctor.
