If your skin is fair or paler in complexion, you could do bolder colors such as blue or purple or pink or green. If your skin is darker, you could choose peppermint green or pastel colors if you want it to be noticable, or darker colors for it to blend in more. I recommended darker colors with darker skin. In general, I believe earth tones look best because they match the brown in your eye, but often pastel colors can give you a different look and make your eyes pop more. Hope this helps :3
