What is science trusted so much when evidence is often found changing the outcome?
Example: 1. Ancient Canyon Found Buried Deep in Tibet: A deep canyon lies alongside the Yarlung Tsangpo River in Tibet, and its discovery has upended how geologists believe the Himalaya's gorges came to be.

Science adjusts its views based on what's observed;
Faith is the denial of observation so that belief can be preserved.

Because once they have found change..they stick with the change and accept it and work on it..science is about the truth wether they get it right the first time or not..it's a process. It's about understating how and why things work. Things like religion don't change their answer if they're wrong. Science isn't always going go be right the first time, but we can't expect them to be and at least they see through if they are wrong and try to find the right answer.

That is exactly why.
Because new information always changes the bottom line.
It is trusted because it is self-correcting. Any scientist gets it wrong (or right), and a bunch of other Scientists jump on it to be sure it is right. When it is found that is isn't, it gets corrected.
If only religion was so honest. But when something is found wrong with a religion, the religious answer is always "no it isn't".
You can trust science. You can't ever trust religion, or a preacher.

Because it is self correcting and improving; that's what a "change" is demonstrative of.
The scientific method is the single most continuously reliable method of discerning fact from fiction, and the best pathway to truth.
In fact, if you came up with another method for discerning truth, you'd have to test it with the scientific method to demonstrate that it was better.
Science is trusted because of its improvement over time;its continued reliability at providing meaningful, helpful and correct results that allow us to survive and do all the other wonderful things we do and know all the wonderful things we know.

Because ignoring evidence is the grossest form of dishonesty.
Because there's no better way of explaining the way the world is.
