Yes. if they know enough about computers to override the password. If they can't log-on they can install a new operating system and use your computer. The good news is, if they do that they will not see any of your information.

yes most likely. A Linux disc give access unless you put pass word on bios. Also could change pass word with hack program. Could also install new copy of win on it. Z.K.
