My best friend always ask me to her bring for romantic dinner . She is act like a kid she 25 years and text me last night said bring me to candle light dinner. I m so confused I told her we are just friends and friends can't go for romantic dinner but she says but we can go? What should I do should I propose her :) cos I like her more than friend

well if you like her more than a friend tell her , ask her on dates , build up on your relationship , go places , have fun w/ her , and live your young life while you still have it before actually proposing to her 💍 because you dont want to take things to fast (: take things slowly first (:

It sounds like she wants to be more than just a best friend, and you want her to be more than just a best friend, too. So bring her a romantic dinner, with candles, and give her a romantic kiss on the lips.
