drink driving case your help?
I have been banned for four years I had an accident no one was involved or hurt, I wasn't breathalised but I admitted to having a few drinks, can I appeal ? An do I have any chance of getting it overruled? Thanks

Proof of burden is on law enforcement. If you were not tested, then how can they have the charge stick?
HOWEVER. A law enforcement officer is a professional. If his/her experience dictates that you were drunk, you will have a VERY HARD time proving they were wrong.
Consult a lawyer.
