Is it ok if I date my friend ?
I have friend we know each other almost from 3 years. We text everyday on viber whenever I complement on her Display Picture she get really happy and always put new picture I compliment on every picture. She also compliment on my pics she says you are looking hot & sexy lol. I invites her for dinner and I have feeling for her but don't know how to propose her? Should I buy some ring and propose her or should I have wait for another occasion. Also I attached pictures I want to know are we guys matching for each other as look wise. Thanks!

No no no if you've never met her do not propose.
Get flowers. And that's it.
Be a gentleman. Open doors for her. Pull out the chair for her. Carry her things with the exception of a purse.

Yes you both match each other! I suggest you explain your feelings to her and ask if she feels the same. Then meet her in person and bring flowers etc
