I have friend we know each other almost from 3 years. We text everyday on viber whenever I complement on her Display Picture she get really happy and always put new picture I compliment on every picture. I invites her for dinner and I have feeling for her but don't know how to propose her? Should I buy some ring and propose her or should I have wait for another occasion.
