Did you spill something on it, or drop it, or damage it physically in any other way? If that's the case you should probably either take it to someone who knows how to fix hardware, or just buy a new one.
If you don't know what's wrong with it, you might have a corrupted driver, which means that your computer won't be able to communicate properly with your keyboard. Try a driver updater like DriverScanner, or you can look on http://softwarepatch.com/ for any driver updates for your keyboard model.
