how to call transfer on a Panasonic KX-T665?
When i get a phone call and transfer to another phone within the system. How come it doens't go though?
I answer the phone, then i press transfer, then the number, then the receiver should have pick up the phone if it rings and able to hear the other person on the line.
Even though the person i transfer to doesn't hear anything or not transfered. is there something wrong i'm doing or something else?
oh and i've also tried pressing transfer again once he has picked up the phone.

Guessing you're talking about a 7665. When you press the TRANSFER button, you should hear dial tone and get an intercom. Try dialing your extension and wait for them to answer. Do you hear them? If you do, hang up and the outside caller will be transferred. If you don't ring and get an answer from the inside party, then you have something else going on.
