Why today society is corrupt?

In a fast developing international society dominated by individualism, materialism and mechanization, it is rather difficult to make people conscious of their duty and responsibility to the social norms. At preset there is no peace of mind and every one is trying to cheat others, to usurp rights of others. Our lives should be oriented in such a way that our possessions, time, energy and everything we have be harnessed to getting, spending and enjoying according the God's injunctions and for bringing about the rule of God's law on earth: fighting evil and injustice and helping fellow human beings in the various aspects of life. Then the life on this earth will be a good life, without hypocrisy and injustice.

Selfishness, corruption, cheating, sexual abuse, violence, etc. are tendencies of human character and are there right from ancient times. With the increased media coverage we are hearing more about them now.

Don't worry. Nothing happens to the world. Whenever dirt and disorder accumulate nature unfolds its balancing acts through earth quakes, tsunamis, wars, epidemics, etc. to wipe away evil and remove pollutants from the face of earth.

actually at this decade we are living in right now is the most peaceful in all of history. Savour your time before AI takes over, a meteor hits us or some person nukes/gases america of the underground. Ignore the pinheads.

It always happens time after time, started in 50's through 70's we got Aids HIV wars, it's a cycle. It was resting for sometime now its gonna happen again, nothing you can do.

Todays society is no different then what it was 5000 years ago.

So no "todays" society is not corrupt.

Man was corrupt ever since he was created because its creator has done a piss poor job at designing him.

Or someone who interfered with his evolution and tried to make him "better" for scientific purposes.

History is the great unknown and even more so because the history is written by the victor.

But to answer your question society is "corrupt" because people are miserable.People are miserable because everyone thinks only about their ego and not their soul.

Using their ego to try to satisfy the hunger of the spirit is the same as trying to drink water to satisfy physical hunger.

Like trying to hold sand in your hand only to watch it slip through your fingers.

Believe it or not, is because real religion is decaying. I am not talking about the dogmatic, bigoted present religion, but real love for God and for all living entities.
