A preferred stock paying a 9% dividend? 10 points?
A preferred stock paying a 9% dividend on a $150 par value. If a new issue is offered flotation costs will be 12% of the current price of $175.
Cost=8.77 How did they get that?

I hate to fall into your trap, but show me any stock that has on a regular basis is paying 9% dividend? Great trolling question but way out of reality.
