I want Canada to keep him, so we better win.

    Why didn't we mutually take advantage of this situation and exile him to Russia? We both failed this time neighbour.

    It wouldn't have matter if Canada lost. Justin beaver would've stayed in the states unless he was kicked out by the FBI. I say he's hibernating since Canada is too cold for him. The bet was just a joke between rivals.
