could heartburn lead to labor?
im 41 weeks pregnant and im having bad heartburn could that be a possibly a sign that i will be in labor soon. i was already 1 in a half centimeter dialated

Since every woman is different and every pregnancy is different, I would say that there is a possibility that it could lead to labor, I would not rule it out, since you are near your due date, anything is possible. Just keep an eye on how you are feeling and if it gets worse and you are experiencing more tummy troubles, like loose bowels, (sorry TMI), but the same thing happened to me, I was not feeling "like myself", and I was spotting, and had an upset tummy and back pains that were less than five minutes apart, I called my doctor, and he told me to go to the hospital, even though he thought I would be sent home, he was wrong, I went to the hospital, and 12 hours later had my Bailey.♥♥♥
Anything is possible....just keep an eye on things and your doctor's number handy, you never know...............:-)
