So, just for fun the other day I passed a vending machine and decided?

to get one of those Lucky for Life scratch cards, and lo and behold I actually won something! I haven't gone to claim the prize yet though, not much, but curious to know if I'm able to do that since I'm just a visitor here and not a citizen? Don't ask why but I'm not able to access the lottery website. Can anyone tell me? thanks.

Update:

I'm currently in Los Angeles Debbie.

Take it to the counter at any convenience store that sells lottery and scratch off tickets and redeem it for cash. If it is under $500.00 they usually will pay you out on the spot. If it is for more then you would probably have to take it to a lottery headquarters for payment.
