HBO better than Showtime?

I don't like that most of the fighters, especially from GBP have gone to Showtime. HBO was the best, the Mayweather face-offs, the commentary, etc was just better IMO.

The commentators on Showtime are better boxing analysts, but their commentary is so dull. Michael buffer and the fact that larry merchant is gone makes HBO better

    Both have bias commentators.

I recall the Mayweather-Cotto fight, every time Floyd landed a punch on Cottos glove the commentators praised Floyd but ignored anything Cotto landed. They even had a replay praising Floyd and when they saw that the punches landed on leather they quickly changed subject.

With that said; i think HBO still has the better fighters. Showtime only had a few great fighters.

Showtime is ahead. They are going to be making all the big money. HBO's biggest stars are Pacquaio, Chavez Jr, Donaire and Golovkin. Pacquaio and GGG are 32 and over.

Showtime has Mayweather and the most promising PPV stars in Canelo, Broner, Garcia and Thurman.
