My laptop is running slow and freezes everytime I use it does anyone know a for sure safe way to clean it?

its easy just clean the junk on the computer with CCLeaner, then Disable most startup programs with CCleaner to reduce how much ram your computer is using, then clean the Free Space on the hard disk with CCLeaner Drive Wiper and then Defragment your hard disk with Disk Defragmenter to speed up your computer!

and last but not least remove all malware, spyware,adware and/or viruses with Malwarebytes!

Most of the time, PC freezes are generated by lots of reasons. Corrupt registry, unnecessary applications, too many start-up items as well as virus infection would be the major reasons contributing to this problem.

I build gaming pc's if you search online they will suggest you buy some registry thing. The best way is to back up what you need and reinstall windows of system restore in control panel. Also more ram will make a huge difference. When it's on press ctrl alt and del and go on tasks manager and look at how much ram and CPU usage there is. Will probably be really high due to back round applications launching on start up
