why and how can YAHOO CANASTA Block a good honest player from the game site?
No caps; I'm a long time computer user; games included so I know the etiquet. But if I win a game now, I'm finding the other player will have me blocked or black listed; or something like that. I'm 69 and absolutely no cheater. Why are players allowed to made such a decision that spoils my evening play for days? Playing Canasta fills my evenings so please address this problem for me and probably other players.

I'm sorry that happened. It might have been a glitch in the game or someone abusing the system.
We are aware that there issues with those abusers, but there isn't an easy automated fix. We're discussing possible steps and do apologize for the inconvenience. Most of our efforts are pointed towards building replacement games. So, even tho' we will be taking some minor steps, the older games will have to be played 'as is'.
