Possible questions during the job interview to become a call center agent?
What are those questions? How will I answer it? Is it hard to be a call center agent here in Philippines? Help.

What do you know about customer service?
Why do you apply the customer service offer?
or
why do you want to work as call center agent?
What are the strength / positive points in your personality?
What are the weakness / negative points in your personality?
What will you do if the customer abused you during call ?
What will you use in your work to over achieve your goals?
Tell me a time you work under stress?
What are the types of the customer service field?
What are you see yourself after 3 years?
These could be some of the questions, other than that you have got to be confident about the job and believe in yourself by backing yourself.
You 'll do fine , just do your homework right, find out about the company and its products/services and most importantly "love" the job to get a job ;)
