Which one should I choose. Not so sure anymore, unfortunately.

There's a lot of psychology in journalism. Unfortunately there is little journalism in journalism. That field needs a lot of help and will be wide open to those who maintain objectiveness and credibility. In todays environment doing so makes for few employment venues.

Psychology has been a hot field for quite some time now. The demand might soon begin to abate especially if government funding dries up.

Being a shrink sounds depressing listening to problems all ... day ... long. Then patients then not acting on good advice sounds really tiresome. On the other hand journalism will require you to outright lie or remain a low level minion. And success often brings dangerous situations.

The choice should be fairly clear when you look at your core values and your comfort zones.
