I'm going out for taco's with my friend this Sunday for dinner since I do not have my kids. Last Sunday I made pulled pork for sandwiches...then another night put the left over pulled pork on fries with cheese...then used more of the leftovers another night in tacos with coleslaw. haha. Pulled pork is awesome.

Probably burgers or Mexican something. But there will be a big breakfast. I'm going for a cowboy breakfast bake that's cornbread with scrambled eggs, cheese, salsa, lime, cilantro.
