Where can i find HxH and DBZ movies subbed?

and

for streaming, not really interested in downloading them

Neither one has been subbed yet, and neither one will be until the Japanese DVD/BD release, just like virtually all theatrical anime movies. Without that, fansubbers have no video source to work with, since these movie have only been in theaters. Cam rips of anime movies are pretty uncommon.
The Hunter x Hunter film comes out on July 24th, and Battle of the Gods comes out on September 13th. Then fansubbers will need some time to work on them. Depending on how fast they work, they could be subbed within a few days, or it could take as long as a few weeks.
