Can you become a teacher of psychology in university?
If you ask for it?
Or is it like a G.I. joe club in which they contact the members they want?

Professors apply for jobs at universities, like you'd apply for any other job. It's very rare that a school contacts the person they want and offers them the job. But they will not consider you for the job if you're not qualified, and the minimum qualification is a PhD in psychology.

Yes. You need a minimum of a masters degree in psychology, and preferbaly a doctorate degree in psychology, but there is no reason you can't attain this, is there?
