flashplayerplugin_11_6_602_180.exe fails often.?

what can i do to resolve that issue? ive gone online to find info but not much is there.

Update:

i am using one of two different browsers. chrome is one and mozilla is the other. i have the same issue with both. it may be related or not but i see a message on the screen that says that i need to fix the registry. i do not know if that is related though.

    The reason we’re talking about Chrome and not, say, Firefox, is because of the way Chrome handles Flash content. While other browsers call upon the Flash installation of the host system, Chrome includes an internal Flash installation. When everything goes smoothly this isn’t a problem—the internal Flash installation is updated with every new Chrome release.
