iPod touch 5g best case and screen protector?
I'm buying my first iPod touch, and I'm super excited :) but I know that I need a case and screen protector (I'm very into the whole "better safe than sorry" mentality).
What's the best case I can get? Please don't suggest anything above 50 bucks.
Ditto with a screen protector (which, ideally, would help protect against cracks as well as fingerprints).

I have a Griffin technology survivor case, and it works great. It has a hard plastic frame, and a silicon cover that goes over the frame. There's a front piece to it that you snap on, and the screen protector is built into it. they're about $30 at walmart. I have a black and green one

You said dont pick anything over 50 dollars but that may be the only way to get the best. When you go and buy you iPod ask for a case with a plastic covering and rubber coating. It is practically industrial, believe me my iPod got ran over and this double layer case saved it in everyway. You can always ask the person who sells it to you what the best case would be
