notebook computer help?

I just got a casper notebook computer, but the instructions are written in some foreign language with no English translations. I can't connect to the internet or anything! What do I do?

I have very minimal computer experience, so please use very simple words. If not, explain everything. Also, is there anything else I should know when I get something like this?

Sorry, forgot to mention this. My uncle gave it to me, and I don't want to hurt his feelings or sound disrespectful or anything. I didn't get a receipt or anything with it, and I think it's already been way past the "30 day money back guarantee"
