what happens to implants when you get older?
I'm curious to know if old ladies would have huge racks until they're 80.
but does that mean they get uber saggy when they get older or something? Do their breasts just turn into flabs of skin?

They sag as gravity sets in, Sometimes you will need to have them remove or replace.
I had mines replaces as my skin was becoming to loose and all I could wee was a BIG LUMP sitting on my sagging skin. They were good for 10 years.bi went smaller also my surgeon advise me to remove the excessive skin. Now are are okay. i will not go thorough that pain again.

You have to replace breast implants every 7 years. So that depends if they still want implants when they're that age.

-Didn't you Know ?? Most women don't "Get Older" -who have implants... Eventually the darn Things start "breaking down & Leaking"... -And BAD Things "happen", to the women you have Them... :(
