Question about bartending license?

Okay, so I'm from Wisconsin and I did an online course about a year ago for bartending. For a while after that I thought that I had to do a training course through the city for about $70. I work at a hotel and I was talking to a guy who works at the bar there and he said that I don't need to the course through the city. My problem is that I have no idea how to access my certificate from the online course. I don't remember my login or anything. Is there anyway I can?

most of the world there is no such thing as a "bartending license"

online training companies just do stuff like this to make money

many areas do require bar tenders and servers to complete a responsible server certification, but generally if this is the case in your area, your employer (soon to be employer) will set it up and pay for it.

finally if you want to acces some certifiate, and don't remember your login, you have to contact the company, there should be an option on the website when you forgot your password or a way to call/email them.

Sorry but NO such thing as a bartending license, not sure where you came up with that. A certificate of compleation from a on-line school is not a license
