Paternity testing question?
Someone told me that in the state of Utah all you have to do is tell the hospital who the potential fathers are and then they will do the rest to figure paternity.
What happens if I only know the name of one of the potential fathers?
I was raped and I don't know his name, let alone want to ever see him again.
Can I still get the paternity test and just find out if it's my boyfriend's or not?
Would they still even be able to find the potential other father?

Just have your bf take a DNA test in the hospital the day the baby is born. They should do it for free that same day. The hospital may not really try to find the father because that's not really their concern. If you don't know the name or any information on the other guy then they will probably never find him. Hopefully it's your bf's and you don't have to go through the drama.
