question on ultrasound?
If they say you are 7 weeks does thar automatically mean you conceived at 5 weeks (give or talke a few days) even though you know you don't typically have a 28 day cycle? Also she said they did it off both lmp and measurements because I was unsure of lmp

Not necessarily, although if they did it with measurements then I am sure it is correct! I too don't have a normal 28 day cycle I am now 18 weeks 5 days pregnant but they did mine according to my measurements and my lmp! GOOD LUCK!
