Which steam mop is the best?

I have searched 25 online reviews for the best steam mop out there today & there's more to go through. The trouble is that customers  reviews disagree so much. 

If you have purchased one that is still available on the market I sure want to hear from you!! Please tell me about your own personal experiences.

The Shark, sold at BBandBeyond, Amazon, Target...all different prices, and they sell 3 types.  Love it!  I have hardwood floors and tile.  Good luck!
