Why are raw prentals not fda approved?

they saw vitamin code... from garden of life..

should I continue taking them?

Are they healthy?

    They haven't been thoroughly tested(over time) and deemed safe.

    During pregnancy though,especially have to be careful when it comes to things that are not approved like supplements,herbs and the like. Not enough data from studies to know if they are safe.

    If you're unsure of what to take,ask your OBGYN,she(or he) would be happy to recommend you some vitamins.
