Pain during and after urination?

I've noticed in the past few days that near the end of urinating, and for about five minutes afterward there is a sharp pain/burning at the end of the urethra (tip of penis). As well, on the tip, around the urethra seems almost swollen. Any ideas on whether or not its a UTI? or something else?

    dude it could be a uti or possibile an std in which needs to be treated via a doctor
